Chih-Chun Chen

I am a complexity scientist | data scientist | systems researcher who has studied biological, cognitive, human, social and social-technical systems. I am also interested in inter-disciplinary knowledge sharing, knowledge representation, tech education/pedagogy, and how to develop performant teams.

Commercially, I work as a machine learning engineer in HR Tech, lecture in Data Science/Machine Learning, and mentor early stage data practitioners/career changers. I also co-founded Cambridge Spark (specialist in building data and AI capabilities through training).
